We support all modern versions of:

We supply, install and provide hardware maintenance for servers from Hewlett Packard, Dell, and Fujitsu.

Network and firewall support

We supply, install and support all major vendors’ network equipment including Cisco, Hewlett Packard and Ubiquiti networks. 

We manage all firewall and network equipment to standards in excess of those set out in the UK Government’s Cyber Essentials standard.

Systems monitoring

We monitor your IT systems 24x7x365 for a range of common issues, many of which are fixed automatically without human input. 

If human input is needed, our systems alert our team within minutes of a potential issue appearing, so we can fix the problem before it impacts on your service. 

We also gather data on network bandwidth use on routers; system event and error logs, disk space and memory usage to help predict potential issues.

Windows Autopilot

For customers with a Microsoft 365 subscription, we use Windows Autopilot together with our own automation tools to deliver a zero-touch deployment for laptops and PCs.  We can ship a new computer from the factory direct to your staff member at their home or offsite location, and have that computer configure itself automatically with no input from the user.
