Christmas and New Year opening hours
Our offices and service desk are closed from 12pm on Friday 18th December 20 and re-open at 9am on Monday 4th January 2021.
While our offices are closed, we operate a reduced support service:
- Our service desk will not be available
- an on-call engineer will be available to respond to urgent issues
- hosted or co-located systems in our datacentre will continue to be monitored 24/7.
- Systems we manage on customer premises will continnue to be monitored 24/7.
For urgent support issues, please e-mail with full details of your issue and your contact details.
Customers who have out of hours or enhanced support contracts with us will still be able to contact the on call engineer by calling our usual support telephone number and leaving a voicemail message, or by e-mailing during your contracted support hours.
