The service is suited to protecting business data in small office/home office environments and businesses with roaming, laptop based employees. It can enable companies with a remote workforce to take control of backups and ensure critical data protection.

A selection of online data storage plans are available, depending on your data protection requirements. One package is required per desktop or laptop protected.

Online backup uses a software application which installs onto each laptop or desktop PCwhich is to be backed up. Our pricing above assumes that you are able to install and configure the software yourself. Once set up, we can control the software from our support desk.

If you are not comfortable installing and configuring the software yourself, then one of our engineers can install it for you, for a fixed fee of £99.00 + VAT for each machine on which you will use LucidVault.
