The customer requirement -

Rupert Wood and Son solicitors needed to replace their office server which runs their practice management software, but needed the replacement solution to continue to be supported without the need for full-time IT staff, but they needed a provider who could work together with the practice management software vendor. Management needed to be sure that the practice management system and other critical data was backed up and stored offsite to ensure that statutory and regulatory requirements were met. Hosted enterprise e-mail provides access to company e-mail using Microsoft Outlook both for staff both in and out of the office. All e-mail traffic is filtered for spam and viruses, improving network security. Cisco Webex Videoconferencing and collaboration allows senior staff to work on documents with colleagues in the office when they are away from their desk, including on extended overseas travel.
