Introducing Request Tracker - Request Tracker (abbreviated to RT) is an Open Source customer service and helpdesk issue tracking system, which allows teams of all sizes to intelligentiy and efficiently manage customer service requests, tasks, issues, and many other types of customer contact.

How it works - RT is a web-based application, so you can access it using just a web browser, including on mobile devices. If that's not convenient, you can receive updates by e-mail, and respond right from your inbox. For more complex requirements, RT comes with automatic interfaces allowing easy integration with other systems.

No licensing fees - Because RT is open source software, it has no licensing fees to pay, and can grow to meet the requirements of the largest teams.
