Can I get fibre broadband? - Find out if your local telephone exchange is already enabled or is in the process of being enabled. Ensure you read our Fibre Broadband FAQ to answer questions on coverage and availability.
Not in an enabled area? - Why not pre-register your interest by emailing sales@lucidnetworks.co.uk with your contact details (name, address and existing BT phone number) and we will contact you as soon as Fibre Broadband is available for you..
All our fibre broadband packages benefit from our usual unlimited business hours telephone support, with a local rate 0845 number to contact our UK based helpdesk.
For customers whose broadband connection is critical to business, we offer an optional router management service, where we manage and monitor your supported router and connection, with automatic alerts if a problem occurs, helping to ensure your connection remains available when you need it most. We also offer other high-availability features, including a backup dialup account so if your service goes down, you can still access the internet using ISDN backup.
Please note all prices are quoted exclusive of UK Value Added Tax at the current rate.
